| 摘 要： | 伴随着高校扩招,大学毕业生的就业形势更加严峻,就业过程中发生的大学生就业成本引起了社会的关注。通过实证研究发现,学校付出的努力对学生就业有显著影响,学生付出的费用对找到工作的起薪有显著影响,两者之间存在替代关系。因此,应该加大学校就业指导和就业服务的力度,重点在专科院校、高职院校和一般本科院校提升就业指导机构,以利于提高就业率。

| Abstract: | Along with the increasing enrollment of students for higher education, the employment of college graduates is becoming worse and the issue of job-hunting costs has aroused the society's concern. A positive study reveals that the job-hunting costs consist of the efforts made by colleges and universities which have remarkable influence upon the employment rate of college graduates, and the money spent by college graduates on job hunting which influences the salary they will get. There exists the interchanging relation between the two aspects. Therefore, to improve the employment rate of college graduates, it is suggested that more energetic efforts should be made to strengthen the guidance and service to college graduates by setting up organs for employment guide at those professional institutions and higher vocational colleges and ordinary four-year institutions. |
