| 摘 要： | 研究型大学的特征包括显性特征和隐性特征,显性特征包括外部贡献特征和内部建设特征,隐性特征(办学理念)有以下特征:坚持求是崇真的办学宗旨;具备以教学和科研为中心,并以此服务于社会的多种职能;奉行以学术自由为核心的大学精神。我国应加强对研究型大学外部环境的支持和内部环境的建设,以促进研究型大学的发展。

| Abstract: | The dominant features of a study-oriented university include the characteristics of its external contributions and inner construction. The operation of a study-oriented university is often characterized by the following ideas: the adherence to the aim of seeking truth; the focus on teaching and research for fulfilling functions of serving the society and the spirit of guaranteeing academic freedom. To promote the development of study-oriented universities in China, efforts have to be made to reinforce the improvement of their external environment and the construction of their inner environment. |
