| 摘 要： | 教育是构建社会主义和谐社会的基石,发展教育是落实以人为本,促进人的全面发展,为和谐社会培养高素质公民的基本途径,是实现科学发展、转变经济增长方式、为和谐社会提供智力和人才支撑的必然选择,是建设社会主义核心价值体系、巩固社会和谐的思想道德基础的迫切要求,是改善民生、缩小社会差别、保障社会公平正义的客观需要。为促进和谐社会建设,应树立和采取相应的教育理念和政策取向:坚持教育优先发展,教育协调发展,培养全面发展的人,促进教育公平,以改革促发展,推行全民教育和终身教育,建设和谐校园。

| Abstract: | Education is the cornerstone to construct socialist harmonious society.To develop education is the basic way to carry out the principle of human-oriented,promote the people's overall development and cultivate citizen of high quality for the harmonious society.To develop education is the inevitable choice to realize scientific development,change the mode of economic increase and provide the harmonious society with intellectual and talent support.To develop education is the urgent request to construct socialist core value system and consolidate social harmonious ideological morality foundation.To develop education is also the objective requirement to improve the people's lives,narrow the social difference and guarantee the social equity and justice.In order to promote the construction of harmonious society,we should establish and adopt proper educational concepts and policy orientation,stick to giving priority to the development of education,adhere to harmonious development of education,cultivate people of overall development,promote educational equity by innovation and accelerate and push nationwide education and lifelong education as well as construct harmonious campuses. |
