| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生的就业事关社会稳定和人民群众的根本利益。重庆市高校毕业生就业工作取得了显著成效,但依然存在着就业信息反馈系统尚不健全,就业指导服务体系尚不完善,就业政策尚不配套,用人单位招聘行为尚不规范等问题。应对新的发展形势,重新审视和思考毕业生就业工作,应建立起与市场经济和高等教育大众化相适应的重庆市高校毕业生就业工作长效机制。

| Abstract: | University graduates employment is of great importance to social stabilization and fundamental interests of the people.There have achieved remarkable achievments but still have some problems with the university graduates employment in Chongqing:the employment information feedback system is not perfect,the employment guiding service system is not sound,employment policy is not matching,and the employment behavior of some employers are not standardized.In reply to the new developmental situation,with re-examination reflections on the university graduates employment,the enduring effective mechanism of Chongqing university graduates employment work should be established suitable for the market-oriented economy and popularization of higher education. |
