摘    要:改革育人方式,实现学科育人功能,是全面提高教育质量的内在要求。学科育人的本质是学科教育教学的发展性,促进学生作为人的社会本质、文化本质和精神本质的生成,发展学生新时代所必需的学科核心素养。"人-知"互动是学科育人的逻辑起点。构建"人-知"互动关系,促进学生与知识相遇,把知识引入学生生命,实现知识内蕴的对于学生成长的价值,体现学科知识与学科教学的育人功能。基于学生生命成长立场,确立发展取向的知识观,促进知识向学科素养转化,达到学科知识结构化、学科思想体系化、学科能力表现化和学科经验连续化,既是学科育人的价值向度,也是学科育人的内在条件。超越对象化学习,提升学生学习的意义感、自我感和效能感,让学习可见、让思维发生、让文化浸润,引导学生深度学习,使学科学习的过程同时成为学生的科学认知、社会理解、文化认同、生命感悟的过程,是深化育人方式改革、实现学科育人功能的实践诉求。

Abstract:The cultivation of talents through subjects based on the reform of the approaches to education remains the internal demand for the comprehensive improvement of the quality of education.In essence,the cultivation of talents through subjects indicates developing subject-based education and teaching,promoting the generation of the social essence,the cultural essence and the spiritual essence of students as human beings,and developing the key subject competencies necessary for students in the new era.As the logical starting point of cultivating talents through subjects,student-knowledge interaction helps to promote students’encounter with knowledge,introduce knowledge into their life,realize the value of knowledge in their growth,and reflect the functions of subject knowledge and subject teaching in the cultivation of talents.Based on students’life growth,we need to establish a development-oriented concept of knowledge,and promote the transformation of knowledge into subject competencies,structured subject knowledge,systematized subject thoughts,abilities shown in subjects,and continuous experience in subjects.This reflects both the value and the internal conditions of cultivating talents through subjects.Also,we need to guide students to go beyond the specific objects of learning,enhance their sense of meaning,sense of self and sense of efficacy in learning,achieve visible,thinking-based,and culturally-infiltrated learning,practice in-depth learning,and turn the process of subject learning into the process of scientific cognition,social understanding,cultural identity and life perception so as to achieve the goal of cultivating talents through subjects based on the in-depth reform of the approaches to education.
