摘    要:教育内部惯习性评价具有评价主体的外在性及权威性,方式的可比性,功能的控制性等特征,由于教育內部惯习性评价被普遍采用,使教育文化蜕变为可视性的教育亚文化。教育工作者应深入挖掘教育內部惯习性评价的根源,正确看待教育干预和教育的非外视性的关系,走出教育评价的误区,以适应教育的生命机制。

Abstract:Educational Culture has been degenerated into the visual subculture of education by the overflow of the habitual evaluation inside education, with such features as the externality of subject, the comparability of model and the controllability of function. Since the habitual evaluation inside education is widely adopted, Educational staff members should make deep-going efforts to find out the origin of habitual educational evaluation, have a correct attitude toward the educational interference and the relation between education and non-external visibility and get rid of the long-existing mistaken ideas for meeting the needs of life mechanism of education.
