| 摘 要： | 改革开放30多年来,我国"两基"的实现和基础教育的迅速发展都堪称教育史上的奇迹。今天,人民群众已经不满足于学有所教、仅仅获得受教育的机会,而是愈来愈迫切地期望学有优教、接受优质教育。当前,基础教育改革的首要任务是自觉坚定地全面推进素质教育,回归教育本质功能,让孩子们健康快乐成长。为此,需增强推进素质教育的高度自觉,坚持抓住关键环节推进素质教育,建立健全素质教育实施的制度保障。

| Abstract: | Since the 30 years of reform and opening up , China has witnessed the realization of "Two Basics" and the rapid development of basic education , which could be taken as the miracles of the history of education. Nowadays , people are rather eager to obtain education with high quality than the chance of access to education. At present , the primary task of basic education reform is to push forward quality-oriented education consciously and firmly and let children grow up healthily and happily. Therefore , it is a necessity for us to enforce the consciousness of pushing forward quality-oriented education , seize the key links , and establish the system guarantee to implement quality-oriented education. |
