摘    要:高校人力资源的合理流动是社会发展的必然现象,是市场经济的必然结果,合理有序的人才流动,不仅对人才个体而言,有利于追求利益的最大化以及更好的实现自身价值;而且对于高校与区域而言,有利于高校引入急需人才、流出闲置人才,实现人才资源与物质资源的优化配置,并且有利于促进区域人才分布结构合理化,提高人才的使用效益。

Abstract:The rational flow of universities' human resources is the necessary phenomenon of society development and rea- sonable results of market economy. Rational and orderly flow of personnel is in favour of benefit maximization and value realiza- tion for individual talent, but also it is in favour of universities' personnel introduction and outflow of idle talents. Likewise, it is helpful to improve the rationalization of distributed architecture of regional personnel and increase using efficiency of personnel.
