| 摘 要： | 根据体育社会学原理，以社会评价方法为基础，从社区体育建设指标体系构建的功能与原则等方面入手，结合我国社区体育发展的实际，从社区体育组织、社区体育人口、社区文体活动、社区体育场地设施环境、社区体育服务、社区体育健康教育、社会体育指导员和经费保障八个方面选择了33个指标，分三个层次构建了社区体育建设指标体系。利用层次分析法对体系中的指标进行了权重评价，结合指标权重的分析结果，将能使指标体系的构建更具针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | According to the physical culture sociology principle, the paper takes the society estimation method as the foundation, and constructs the quota system from its function and principle ere, and combines the reality of the community physical culture in our country, from the organization and population of community physical culture, the activity of culture and sports, the installation environments, service, health education, instructor and the funds guarantee, and selects 33 quotas to construct the quota system in building community physical culture from three levels. |
