| 摘 要： | 主体性道德教育是现代化社会发展的需要，也是人的全面发展的需要。高校道德教育的目标应定位于培养学生的道德主体性。主体性道德教育应注重唤起大学生的自我意识、尊重学生的主体地位、发展学生的主体能力、塑造大学生主体性道德人格。确立以人为本的原则 、重视个性化原则、注重启发式原则、强调激励性评价原则。

| Abstract: | The ethical education with people playing the dominant role is the need of the development of the present-day society, and the all-round development of the human being. The aims of the college students' ethical education should be assigned to cullivate students' initative on ethical education with them forming the main body. The ethical education should put emphasis on arousing students' self - consciousness, regarding their as the main body with respect, developing their abilities as the main body, and cultivating their moral integrity. And we should establish the principle of tahing man as the main body of the ethical education, emphasize the principle of individuality, attach importance to the principle of elicitation method, and lay stress on the principle of the encouraging judgment. |
