| 摘 要： | 当前我国正处在社会转型期,各种社会矛盾集中凸显,高校大学生就业问题更是困扰当前社会和谐发展的重要问题。按照行政隶属性质我国高校可分为部委直属高校和地方性高校,本文对当前我国地方性高校大学生就业现状进行了综述,并对当前制约我国地方性高校大学生就业的主观因素和客观因素进行了分析,最后提出了解决地方性高校大学生就业问题的对策。
