| 摘 要： | 为更好地保护继承和发扬河南优秀历史文化遗产,弘扬民族传统和中原特色文化,促进中原文化传承创新区建设,加强对历史文化名城、名镇、名村的保护和规划建设管理,保存和延续文化遗产的真实历史信息和独特价值,有效保护和利用不可再生的历史文化资源。本文对河南省现有的历史文化名城、名镇、名村的现状作了简述,分析了历史文化名城、名镇、名村保护中存在的问题,提出了保护和利用的对策,要重视和切实保护好这些真实、完整的历史文化遗产风貌。

| Abstract: | In order to better protect,inherit and promote the outstanding historical and cultural heritages of Henan,and for the sake of carrying forward national traditions and unique cultural flavors of the Central Plains,great efforts should be made to promote the construction of the Central-Plains cultural inheritance and innovation zone,strengthen the protection,planning,construction and administration of historical and cultural cities,towns and villages,preserve and sustain authentic collection of historical information and its unique value,and effectively protect and utilize non-renewable historical and cultural resources.This paper presents a brief overview of the status quo of historical and cultural cities,towns,villages in Henan Province,analyzes some problems facing their protection,and puts forward relevant measures for their protection and utilization.It is argued that great importance should be attached to the preservation and maintenance of the original state of these real yet complete historical and cultural heritages. |
