| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化的发展，国际竞争日益激烈和复杂，跨国战略联盟随之出现。跨国战略联盟各方在发展过程中，由于多种风险的存在，必然影响到联盟的稳定性。文章基于博弈论的分析方法，着重分析了跨国战略联盟在发展过程中可能出现的风险，并对建立稳定的跨国战略联盟针对性地提出了具体防范风险的措施。
