论高校高层次人才多元评价新体系的构建

摘    要:长期以来,高校对高层次人才的评价一直沿用传统的普适性的教师评价,虽然在一定程度上起到了激励和发展作用,随着创新教育的兴起,传统评价的弊端日益凸显,限制了高层次人才的发展。多元评价是以多元智能理论为基础的新的教育评价,结合"奖惩"与"发展",既注重过去,又面向未来。构建高层次人才多元评价体系,是有效促进高层次人才发展,实现高等教育要求的切实可行的新途径。

Abstract:For a long time,the traditional and universal assessment has been used in colleges and universities to evaluate the high-level talents.To a certain degree,it exerts stimulation and development.However,with the upsurge of creative education,the disadvantages of traditional assessment appear increasingly,which limit the development of high-level talents.The multiple assessment is a new educational one based on Multiple Intelligences Theory.It combines "rewards and punishments"and "progress",which emphasizes both the past and the future.The construction of multiple assessment of high-level talents in colleges and universities is a new and feasible approach to achieve the requirements of higher education,which can effectively promote the development of high-level talents.
