| 摘 要： | 山东莘县朝城镇回族社区是莘县回族集中地之一,在市场经济和富民政策的影响下,回族社区的人们生活水平和经济条件大大改善和提高,但是中小学学校教育仍存在严重失辍学问题,社区内受教育程度普遍较低。社区经济的迅速发展并没有改善低水平的教育知识结构,从长远看,必定会使回族社区整体水平滞后于现代信息社会的发展。本文主要从教育人类学的视角,试图以回族社区经商文化与学校教育关系作为切入点,运用文化冲突理论来阐释分析,研究学校教育中回族青少年高失辍学率、低学业成就问题。

| Abstract: | Hui nationality community in Chaocheng township,Shenxian County,Shandong province,is one of a centralized place of Hui people.Influenced by the market economy and well-being policy,Hui people have rapidly developed relying on the traditional economy,and the people's life condition and economical level have been improving increasingly over the decade years.However,the secondary education is still a provoking problem,that is,most of the middle school students in the Hui community have been dropped out of school.The education degree of community is lower on the average.The rapid economic development in the community has little effect on improving the low knowledge frame of the education.From the far sight,it will make the Hui community lag behind the development of modern information society.This paper is trying to analyze the problem with the sight of "cultural conflict theory". |
