| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法，对江西省普通高校现行学分制和高水平运动员的“学训矛盾”现状进行调查，进而对运动员的“学训矛盾”展开分析，并在此基础上提出对策，为提高高校高水平运动员综合素质提供借鉴．

| Abstract: | It's based on document and data,questionair and other methods,we strated with the credit system in operation of higher-education and the contradiction between learning and training of high-level athletes in Jiangxi General Higher-education Universities,we strictly do practice exploration in many aspects,improve the comprehensive quality of the high-level athletes for the universities. |
