| 摘 要： | 柑橘黄龙病病菌的外膜蛋白(omp)极易被宿主免疫系统识别为外来物质,所以其被用制备抗体来检测柑橘黄龙病菌.本实验中截取了omp基因上的一段长为1 071 bp的片段,将其连接到p GEX6P1载体中制成了重组质粒omps-6p1进行原核诱导表达.结果表明,重组质粒可成功诱导出目的蛋白.

| Abstract: | The outer member protein in Candidatus Liberibacter Asiaticus can be recognized by the host immune system easily, so it is used as the preparative antibody to detect Candidatus Liberibacter Asiatieus. A segment of I 071 bp was cut in the omp gene and connected to pGEX6P1 vector in the experiment. The recombination of plasmid of omps-6pl was constructed and induced prokaryotic expression. The result shows that the recombined plasmid of omps-6pl can induce target protein successfully. |
