| Abstract: | This paper studies the importance of developing colleges run by local people in China. It holds that developing colleges run by local people is important for higher educational career in China. Development of local people's college in a great break through in the academic reform of pluralistic system in China. It is an important one of the ways to collect money for education. It is the only way to realize the popular education in China. |
