| 摘 要： | 当前我国出版界参考文献著录虽然有国家标准《文后参考文献著录规则》,但社科学术期刊界参考文献著录规范却呈现出多样性与复杂性的特点。究其原因,是国家标准忽视了我国社科学术期刊自身的特点,缺乏科学性和可操作性。从科技进步和社会发展的角度看,从有利于文献检索与利用的角度来看,社科学术期刊的参考文献著录应当规范化。在社科期刊引证文献著录形式规范化建设过程中,社科期刊界要提高认识,正确处理参考文献的不同体例,正确认识参考文献著录规范化与文献检索、利用与评价的关系,促进相关规范或标准朝着更加科学、合理的方向改进和发展。

| Abstract: | Although the national standard of references specification is explicitly stated in Rules for content,form and structure of bibliographic references,the references specification of social journals varies.That is because of the national standard’s lack of due attention paid to the characteristics of Chinese social journals.From both the perspective of technological progress and social development and the perspective of better literature retrieval and utilization,the method of recording references in social journals should be specified.During the process of references specification,the journal circles should deepen the understanding,handle the different formats of the references correctly,have a correct understanding of the relationship between the references specification and literature retrieval,utilization and evaluation,as well as lead the relevant standards to a more scientific and reasonable development. |
