| 摘 要： | 私有财产权推动着宪法的形成并经历了近代市民宪法、现代市民宪法和苏联型社会主义宪法三种模式的转换与发展。由此，私有财产权与宪政实践同构了一条规律：私有财产权宪法思想直接决定着宪法的演进，宪法的演进必须保护私有财产权。

| Abstract: | Private property rights promote the formation of constitution and experience transformation and development of three models of modern civil constitution, contemporary civil constitution and Soviet socialist constitution. Thereby, private property rights and constitutionalist practice jointly form a rule that constitutional thought of private property rights directly determines constitutional evolution and the latter must protect private property rights. |
