| 摘 要： | 宪法的适应性是指宪法上人有适应社会发展的特性社会经济基础和社会上层建筑的变化必然引起宪法的变动，同时，受制才自身认识能力等主以因素的限制，也要求宪法有一个不断发展、完善的过程。宪法个性和宪法变迁是宪生的两种重要方式。

On Constitutional Adaptability |

| Abstract: | Constitutional adaptability means the property of a constitution that adapts itself to the social development. Changes of social economic basis and superstructure must give rise to constitutional changes. In addition, limited by such subjective factors as constitution makers' own cognitive ability, a constitution must go through the cause of unceasing development, improvement and adaptation. Constitutional amendments and changes are two important ways of constitutional adaptability. |
