| 摘 要： | 信息网络技术的发展，给高校图书馆期刊藏书管理技术带来了机遇和挑战。我们要清醒地认识新的形势，合理配备高素质的期刊管理人员，规范书刊管理工作，积极参加书刊馆藏资源建设，使之符合读者的特点，满足读者的需求，提高书刊文献利用率，深层次开发书刊信息资源。

| Abstract: | The development of information network technology has brought opportunities and challenges to college libraries in terms of the technique of managing periodicals. We should be aware of the new situation to ensure the rational allocation of managing staff for periodicals, the standardization of periodical management and the active participation in the construction of periodical resources with a view to catering for the preferences of various readers, satisfying the needs of readers, enhancing the utilization rate of periodical literature and furthering the development of periodical information resources. |
