| 摘 要： | 文章立足于海南师范大学的教学实践,在借鉴TQM（全面质量管理）理念的基础上,按照我国高等教育的规律,找出影响教学质量的关键因素和学校人才培养目标的关键环节,构建全员参与、全程监控、质量持续改善的高校内部教学质量监控保障体系。为促成教学改革,树立质量意识,提高教学质量提供有力保障,使教学质量监控保障体系制度化、规范化、正常化。

The Construction of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Guarantee System at College |

| Abstract: | Taking as a foothold the teaching practice in Hainan Normal University and based on the TQM（Total Quality Management） theory,this paper attempts to figure out key factors affecting the teaching quality as well as the vital links in the training objectives of talents at college in line with the rgular pattern of higher education in China so as to construct an internal teaching quality monitoring and gurantee system at college featuring overall participation,entire monitoring and constant improvement in quality.The construction of such a system has vigorously ensured the promotion of teaching reforms,the cultivation of quality awareness and the improvement of teaching quality.Moreover,it has also been conducive to the institutionalization,standardization and normalization of the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system. |
