摘    要:庄子的贵生就是把生命视为最高价值存在。庄子认为,只有贵生,才能在乱世中保有实现生命理想的载体,才能为生命理想的实现扫清心理障碍,从而在根本上实现社会的整体幸福。庄子的贵生,并非一味追求生命的长度,更与"好死不如赖活着"存在本质差异。庄子对生命的态度可概括为:"不伤生","乐然生","不贪生","安然死"。

On Zhuang Zi's Thought of Treasuring Life

Abstract:For Zhuangzi,life is more important than any other value;it is opined that one could neither protect oneself in troubled times nor clear away psychological obstacles for the realization of one's ideal nor secure happiness for the whole society unlessl one treasures one's own life."Treasuring life" does not mean a blind pursuit of life span,and also differs from the notion of "living on knees is better than dying on feet" in essence.Zhuangzi's attitude toward life can be summarized as "no harm to life","cheerful life","no craven clinging to life" and "death in quietness".
