小学生越轨行为心理诱因及其教育策略

摘    要:越轨是学校教育普遍存在的问题。针对学校教育而言,越轨行为指违纪行为和悖德行为。当下新媒体传播迅速发展,不断改变着人们的思维方式和生活方式,也深刻影响着小学生的行为选择。小学生越轨行为有其心理诱因,教育者必须充分认识这一特点,并自觉利用越轨行为蕴含的积极因素,创新德育教育方法促进学生品德生长。

Psychological Incentives and Educational Countermeasures for Irregularities of Pupils

Abstract:Irregularities, a common issue in school education, refer to acts of misconduct and immorality. The current rapid development of mass media has not only changed people' s thinking mode and way of life but also ex- erted a profound impact on pupils' choice of behavior. Given the psychological incentives for pupils' irregularities, educators must be aware of this point and reform moral education so as to facilitate pupils' moral improvement by consciously utiliz~nz the oositive factors imnlicated in tha irramllAritia. ,~f n,m;l~
