| Abstract: | The paper analyses the domestic and international circumstances confronting the cultural construction of the Special Economic Zones in China. It is believed that the principal task of the cultural innovation in the Special Economic Zones rests with the transformation of the cultural value,the readjustment of cultural patterns and some necessary measures. |
