| 摘 要： | 文章分别从隐性知识转移主体、隐性知识转移双方间的关系、隐性知识自身、隐性知识转移媒介和转移环境五个方面着手,对隐性知识转移中的影响因素进行了分析。通过对以往相关文献的梳理,特别是对近年来这方面最新研究成果的归纳与借鉴,力图对隐性知识转移中的影响因素有较为系统和全面的认识。

| Abstract: | In this paper,various factors in the tacit knowledge transfer are analyzed in five aspects： the subject,relationship of the partners,tacit knowledge itself,transfer media and the transfer environment of the tacit knowledge transfer. Moreover,efforts are also made to summarize and refer to previous literature,esp. the latest study achievements in that respect. Through the analysis,a fairly systematic and comprehensive idea can be gained of factors in the tacit knowledge transfer so as to facilitate further studies in that regard and the smooth tacit knowledge transfer. |
