摘 要: | 文章从教师自身和政府部门两个层面阐述了教师专业化的内涵,指出在世界范围内教师专业化浪潮已经形成,呼吁担任培训任务的师范院校必须强化教师教育新理念,整合全校力量,改革课程体系和调整专业结构和加强与中小学的联系。

Abstract: | This paper expounds on the connotation of teacher specialization from two aspects. It is pointed out that the time has now arrived for teacher specia lization across the world and that normal colleges and universities should stren gthen new concepts in teacher education, reform curricular system, readjust spec ialty mechanism and reinforce relations with secondary and primary schools. |
