| 摘 要： | 本文从“生态”角度切入,认为建设健康岛必须抓住生态环境保护和生态产业发展两个重点,即两大“生态”问题。进而提出引用“保护式开发”的新理念,开发与保护统筹兼顾,加强健康岛不同生态圈的保护;遵照“健康”要求,大力发展健康岛的生态产业,其中包括生态食品、热带花卉产业、海洋生物制品、生态旅游业、生态型高科技新兴工业和文化、教育、体育及会展产业、环保产业等。

| Abstract: | Starting with "ecology", this paper opines that the key to building a wholesome island lies in
two "ecological" issues- the eco - environmental protection and eco-agricultural development. It is as-
sumed that the new concept of "protective development" should be adopted to consider both development
and protection so as to reinforce the protection of diverse ecological zones on the wholesome island and that
great efforts should be made to develop various eco-industries, including eco-foodstuff, tropical industry of
flowers and plants, marine biological products, eco-tourism, and other industries related to ecology. etc. |
