| 摘 要： | 在研究生培养教育中,导师是主要的参与者,导师的人格魅力能产生强大的影响力和感召力,在研究生德育中发挥着不可忽视的作用。试从研究生德育中导师作用弱化的现实问题出发,分析导师在研究生德育教育中的优势和地位,从而提出加强导师在研究生德育中的作用的相关措施。

| Abstract: | Mentor is a key player in training of graduate students,the mentors’ charisma have a strong influence on students and it also plays an important role in moral education fro post graduate.This article analyzes the problem of a weaken moral education for graduate students and the advantages and status of a mentor in moral education.It put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the role of mentors in the construction of moral education. |
