| 摘 要： | 书名是书籍的符号，从中可以探求其与其他书籍的区别与联系，以及此种文体的特点和兴衰发展的密切联系。公案小说尤能说明这一特点。以“记”、“传”、“胆”、“公案”、“侠”、“义”等命名的公案故事和公案小说呈现出不同时期公案小说的形式、内容和特点，清晰地展现了公案小说的发展历程。

| Abstract: | The tide of a book is seen as the symbol of books from which you can seek the difference and connection among those different books.And you can find out the features in the novels of complicated legal case.For the novels of complicated legal case,there are different titles of a book in different period of time,such as Ji,Zhuan,Dan,Gong'an,Xia and Yi in Chinese words.These different names of titles of a book provided us with the history of development in novels of complicated legal case. |
