修辞权威视域下的商务英语函电研究

摘    要:商务英语函电交流是一种运用语言的艺术,不可避免地烙上西方修辞的印记,信函写作映射着特定的修辞人格,并蕴含着丰富的修辞权威。这种权威无形中影响着函电的写作效果。修辞者在商务交流中如能巧妙地挖掘各种有效的权威资源,借以构筑并投射特定的修辞人格,以势服人,感之以威,有助于顺利实现商务交流合作,扩大潜在商机。

Abstract:As business English communication is basically an art of using language,all kinds of business communications are inevitably stamped with the characteristics of rhetoric. When writing business letters,business people should make every effort to invoke and project the right kind of authorities according to the specific rhetorical situation and rhetorical audience so as to achieve desirable goals and promote business transactions.
