| 摘 要： | 从目前腐败现象发生的几种趋势，对我国现行体制，经济发展现状，思想政治、法律制度等进行深刻剖析。指出公共权力失控是腐败滋生和蔓延的根源，并从如何建立健全公共权力制约机制上提出了遏制腐败问题发生的措施和对策。

| Abstract: | From analysing the veasons of corru ption, this paper disuasses our country's present political system, economical development situation, idealogy and law system. And then it divects that ineffective public authority is the main veason of corruption. Some Countermeasures are suggested in this paper to solve the problem of corruption. |
