| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖尿病患者运动后对血糖的影响。方法将患者按年龄和体质分为三组,按每天规定的时间进行运动,并对餐前、餐后、运动前后的血糖进行监测。结果除接受药物治疗外,参加运动疗法的患者血糖下降明显,血糖调整时间缩短,血糖处于相对平衡状态。

| Abstract: | Purposes: observe the diabetics'blood sugar afterdo ekercise Means:depart the patients into three groups by age and constitution. do exercise at stated time. observe the blood sugar before or after meds and sports. Results: except receive the medicine the patients'blood sugar descends obviously after do exercise, the adjusted time of the bolld sugar is shortened, the blood sugar is in a stability constitution. |
