| 摘 要： | 字符出现的频率不同,在传输中采用非等长二进制编码传输会提高传输效率,在字符的出现频率已知前提下,采用最优二又正则树算法,可以得到最佳前缀码.

| Abstract: | Because the frequency of characters in communication, using the digit codes whose length are different can raise the efficiency of communication. When the frequency of characters are given, using the method of getting the best standard B - tree can get the best prefix codes. |
