| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育发展是国家高等教育发展的重要组成部分，教师是科学技术发展的推动者。在全民运动的大潮下，体育教育教学等方面专业火热起来。然而师资问题是高职院校体育专业发展的关键。如何建设“双师型”体育教师队伍，提高师资水平就是我们必须要面对和解决的问题。
