| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化趋势的加剧及我国经济逐渐融入世界经济体系，社会对商务英语口译人才的需求日益迫切，如何培养适合社会需要的商务英语口译人才成为各高校口译教师和研究者们关注的焦点。商务英语口译人才的培养应从口译课程设置、师资队伍建设及有针对性地训练入手，有计划、分阶段地培养既懂专业、又有双语语言文化知识并具备口译技能和良好心理素质的专门人才，只有这样方可提高商务英语口译人才的质量，适应市场的需求。

| Abstract: | With the tendency of economic globalization and China＇ s economy merging into the world＇ s economic system, the society is in urgent need of the interpreting talents of Business English. Therefore, the interpreting college teachers and researchers has focused on how to cultivate such high - quality talents. Generally speaking, interpreting teaching should carry on skill training on the basis of students＇ sound language ability. Thus, the author maintains the idea that Business English curricula should be re-adjusted, the faculty be built and the effective training methods be adopted so as to improve the quality of interpreting talents of Bus-iness English and adapt to the society＇ s demand for the talents. |
