| 摘 要： | 近年来随着中国经济的快速发展和国有企业的改革,国有企业的利润创造能力和税收效应等方面都有了明显的提高,但就国有企业在税金、利润和社会责任等方面的贡献社会各界颇有争议。大多学者和社会人士都认为国有企业的这些成绩都来自于它的垄断,如果国有企业采取非垄断的方式进入市场,它的贡献不一定比民营企业好,或者国有企业在竞争的环境下会取得更好的成绩。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the reform of state-owned enterprise,the profitability and tax revenue of state-owned enterprise has been significantly improved.But as far as social responsibility of an enterprise are concerned,most scholars concluded that these results of the state-owned enterprise has obtained from its monopoly position.If we take the monopoly of the state-owned enterprise into the competitive market without monopoly,it may not be as good as that of the private enterprise,or may be better than that operated in the monopoly condition. |
