| 摘 要： | 当前文化产业管理专业的发展远超过文化产业自身的发展,盲目扩张此专业违背产业发展规律和客观现实.由于文化产业学科体系短期内难以确立,宽与专的矛盾将长期困扰文化产业管理专业的人才定位与发展方向.与此同时,传统学科教育模式缺乏产学研合作机制,也束缚了学生的创意空间和专业认同感的建立.以上问题若得不到重视和解决,有可能阻碍整个文化产业发展进程和创意人才工程的实施.

| Abstract: | The development of cultural industries management major has exceeded far more than cultural industry itself.The discipline system of cultural industry couldn’t be established in a short time,the contradiction between integrated and professional problem would trouble the positioning and direction of cultural industry management major’s personnel development.Because of lack of the integration mechanism among Practice,Teaching and Research,traditional disciplines bounded the creative activities of college students and disturbed their professional identity.If these problems are not resolved,it would impede the development of cultural industry and the creative talent education. |
