| 摘 要： | 大学生"就业难"早已不是新鲜话题,当前大学生因就业困境而引发的就业心理危机日益凸显,成为了高校和社会所关注的一个焦点问题和难点问题。文章从社会、学校、家庭和毕业生就业心理四个维度进行了深度归因,并提出了社会为毕业生减压是前提,学校有效进行就业心理疏导是途径,毕业生自身心理调适是根本,家庭宽容对待就业现状是保障的全方位干预调适预警体系作为应对之策,通过调动毕业生周围的所有因素激发自身的潜能来重新建立和恢复危机前的心理平衡状态,化"被动"为"主动",从而真正意义上实现转"危"为"机",为毕业生的顺利就业保驾护航。

| Abstract: | It isn’t a fresh topic that college students’employment was difficult.At present,college students’employment psychological crisis caused by employment difficulties has become increasingly prominent and a focus and difficult problem concerned by high college and society.From society,school,family and employment psychology of the graduates of the four dimensions of the depth of attribution,and put forward the society for graduates of decompression is premise,effective school employment psychological counseling is the way,the graduates’ psychological adjustment is fundamental,family tolerant employment situation is to ensure all-round intervention adjustment warning system as countermeasures,through the mobilization graduates around all factors stimulate their own potential to rebuild and restore pre-crisis mental balance,change "passive" to "active",thus realizing the true sense of "dangerous" as a "machine",as the graduates obtain employment smoothly escort. |
