| 摘 要： | 管理学中的核心能力理论主要是指:与外部条件相比,内部条件对于企业的市场竞争优势具有决定性作用。核心能力理论内在地包含着对立统一问题,要求我们在观察、分析和处理问题时要用矛盾分析的方法,坚持两点论与重点论相结合;内因与外因相结合;共性与个性、普遍性与特殊性相结合。

| Abstract: | The theory of the core competence of the corporation mainly refers that comparing with the outer conditions,the inner conditions play a decisive role to the corporation in the competitive edge for markets.The theory of the core competence of the corporation demands us to use the method of contradiction analysis in observing,analyzing and serving problems.We should combine the doctrine of two aspects with the doctrine of key points,combine internal cause with external cause,and combine the generality or universality with the individuality or particularity. |
