| 摘 要： | 《中华苏维埃共和国宪法大纲》是中国历史上第一部真正属于劳动人民的宪法性法律文件,从其内容来看,反映了毛泽东革命早期的一些法律思想特点。这些特点集中表现为:毛泽东法律思想的政治服务性;毛泽东法律思想的人民性;毛泽东法律思想的包容性。对这些特点的学习,可以使我们从更深层次解读毛泽东早期的法律思想。

| Abstract: | The outline constitution of the Soviet Republic of China was the first legal document that belongs to labouring people in Chinese history. From content, it reflected several characteristics of legal thinking in the early stage of Mao Zedong revolution. The concentrated expression of these characteristics as following: political service; affinity to the people; forgiveness. Studying these characteristics can make us have further understanding of legal thinking in the early stage of Mao Zedong. |
