| 摘 要： | 资料是科学研究的基础，是从事写作的基础，是一切精神产品不可缺少的原材料。资料的收集对每一位科研人员和写作者来说，都起看举足轻重的作用。文中不仅阐述了资料收集的途径，而且提出了行之有效的方法。同时，还指出了应该注意的具体事项，旨在为读者提供一点借鉴。
