| 摘 要： | 文章从建设社会主义新农村的高度,全面审视高等师范院校正在进行的实习支教工作,论述并探讨实习支教在社会主义新农村建设中的重要作用。实习支教在为高师院校大学生搭建有效教育实习平台的同时,从薄弱的农村基础教育入手,放眼社会主义新农村建设,缓解了师资紧缺矛盾,提高了基础教育质量;为新农村基础教育提供了具有长远意义的师资保障;促进了农村先进文化的建设。实习支教在社会主义新农村建设中具有重要的现实意义和长远的战略意义。

| Abstract: | From the height of constructing new socialist countryside,overall review of teaching practice of higher teachers university now,discussing the important function of teaching practice in the construction of new socialist countryside.I think that teaching practice builds effective educational platform for colleagues of higher teachers university,meanwhile,it starts with the weak basic education in countryside,looks to the construction of new socialist countryside,eases the contradiction of teachers scarce,improves the quality of basic education;provides the safeguard having long-term significance for basic education in new socialist countryside;promotes the construction of advanced culture in countryside.Teaching practice has the important practical significance and long-term strategic significance in the construction of new socialist countryside. |
