| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革的不断深入,我国的新农村建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,农村在社会、经济与文化方面得以快速的发展,但是与城市发展相比较,我国农村的发展明显滞后。开发农村人力资本,是解决农村现存问题的重要切入点,同时也是促进社会主义新农村建设的重要战略举措。文章以贵州省X村为个案,分析了在社会主义新农村建设背景下该村人力资本开发的现状及存在的问题,着力从社会学角度探索并分析了农村人力资本开发的现状,从而为实践操作提供一些参考性指导。

| Abstract: | With the constant deepening of China’s reform,China’s new rural construction has made remarkable achievements in rural development in social,economic and cultural aspects to be fast,but with the line of urban development,rural development has lagged.Development of rural human capital is an important entry point to solve the existing problems in rural areas,but also an important strategic move to promote a new socialist countryside construction.In this paper,the X village as the cases analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the human capital development in the context of building a new socialist countryside village,explore and analyze the status of rural human capital development focus from a sociological point of view,so as to practice operation to provide some reference guide. |
