| 摘 要： | 鉴于中国“政府主导型”经济发展模式的基本特征,加入WTO对中国最直接和最强烈的冲击就是对政府的冲击。由此,便产生了中国政府如何通过进一步改革以应对WTO规则的严峻问题,文章从新的高度和新的视角,深入思考如何积极推进政府经济职能的转变。

| Abstract: | The economic development modle in China is guidanced from the government, in view of this, the most direct and strongest impact on China's entering WTO is the impact on the government. Hence, a severe problem emerges, namely, what further reform measures China's government should take to reply WTO's regulations. From new height and visual angle, the article reflects deeply on how to take vigorous action to expand the change of government's economic function. |
