| Abstract: | “the cooperation of the university and the local society to serve the local economics” is the need of education reform and innovation of practical and social science. Social research at university should be based on local needs, mutual cooperation and common development. In the service of the local economic and cultural development at the same time, local colleges and universities can also identify the characteristic localization, centralize the concise research direction and integrate scientific research team, to re-alize the complementary advantages, mutual cooperation and mutual development. |
