| 摘 要： | “奇货可居”的故事出自《史记·吕不韦列传》。时至今日，这个故事仍然对世人有教育意义：做任何事情，都要具备政治家般的战略眼光，从全局着眼，统筹规划；要具备把握时机的能力，机不可失，时不再来；要具备评估风险的能力，才能规避风险，提高胜算率。

| Abstract: | In Sima Qian’ s Biography of Lv Buwei in Historical Records, the story of Hoard as a Rare Commodity still has a very good educational significance nowadays. For anything, all who want to have a strategic vision of politicians should consider all the level and make the overall plans;it is to have the ability to seize the moment and it is now or never, in order to have the ability to assess risk, to avoid risk and to improve the odds. |
