| Abstract: | The significance of library occupation social refers to the social value of the library profession. The paper,based on the two aspects of internal and external factors,analyzes the dilemma of the social value of the library profession. For the library as a service to the public welfare social and cultural institutions,the library professional social value should be given more attention. From the perspective of the whole society respecting knowledge,the library increases its ability of scientific management,to promote its construction and service improvement,and to build a scientific library professional social value concept. |
