| 摘 要： | 渭南地处陕晋豫三省结合部,是关中—天水经济区的重要组成部分和陕西向东开放的战略门户.随着渭南加快从传统农业大市向新型工业城市转变及城镇化水平的提高,渭南流动人口也在迅速增加.分析渭南流动人口的变化趋势,探讨在流动人口服务管理中存在的问题,提出流动人口服务管理的对策建议及机制设计思路并对其进行了评价.

| Abstract: | Weinan is located in the junction of Shaanxi province,Shanxi province and He＇nan province,and is the significant part of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone and the strategic door of Shaanxi province to the east. With the transformation of tradi- tional agriculture into the modern industry in Weinan and the promotion of urbanization,Weinan migrant population has been in- creasing. The paper,based on the analysis of the changing trend of Weinan migrant population,and the problems in the migrant population service management,puts forward the suggestions and plans for the migrant population service management and its assess- ment. |
